Iain Dowie has revealed that three players are set to leave Coventry at the end of the season.The new manager has confirmed that defender Andrew Whing, goalkeeper Arran Lee-Barrett and centre-back Che Bunce will not be offered new contracts when their present deals expire in May.
"This has been a tremendously difficult decision, but sometimes decisions like this have to be made in football," Dowie said.
"Andy Whing has been a fantastic servant to Coventry and I know a huge amount of people will remember him with great affection for scoring the final-ever goal at Highfield Road against Derby County.
"During my time with the club, he was shown what a committed professional he is and I am sure he will be an asset to another club.
"Although Arran and Che have only been with Coventry for a short time, I have been impressed with their attitude and professionalism and would like to wish them the very best of luck for the future."
