Norwich striker Luciano Becchio is desperate to return to Leeds, according to his agent.

Becchio has found first-team opportunities hard to come by since he swapped Elland Road for Carrow Road two years ago.

The 31-year-old is yet to score in 16 appearances for the Norfolk club and was loaned to Rotherham at the start of the current season.

Leeds manager Neil Redfearn is reported to be interested in signing Becchio and the Argentine is keen to return to the club where he enjoyed a successful five-and-a-half-year spell following his move from Spanish club Merida.

"Leeds is Luciano's home and if they want to sign him they know where we are," Becchio's agent Horacio Rossi said.

"Leeds is always going to be a special club for Luciano. It's a club he loves."

Rossi says Becchio is now fit to play following a three-month lay-off caused by a fractured heel.

The striker's agent claims other Sky Bet Championship clubs are also interested in signing the player.
