Norwich City manager Chris Hughton believes their 1-0 victory over Hull City on Saturday could be the turning point in their season.

Scottish midfielder Robert Snodgrass says under-pressure manager Hughton has the backing of all the players at Carrow Road He said: "The manager has come under a little bit of pressure of late so that win there shows how much we are right behind him and his staff. "We need to keep believing and keep building because we're in 12th position - I think it's a good position to be in and since the turn of the year we've done quite well so we've just got to keep going. "The level of performance at home has been good, against Fulham in the first half we did really well and against Man United we did really well. The signs are there but we just need to put the ball in the back of the net."
