Burnley manager Sean Dyche is in bullish mood ahead of hosting in-form Arsenal on Saturday in front of the Sky Sports cameras.

The Clarets welcome Arsene Wenger's men to Turf Moor two points away from safety but, having drawn with Premier League leaders Chelsea and beaten reigning champions Manchester City in recent weeks, Dyche is confident his side will rise to the task.

He said: "I think it's a different kind of challenge. A lot has been made of the challenge we've just had, coming up with Arsenal as people on the outside of us have been making clear. It's a really tough run.

"Some would say we weren't going to get a point but we've got five going into the Arsenal game, starting back with the Manchester United game.

"We've played the 'super-powers' as I call them, delivered some good performances and come out with some points. Now it's a different challenge - it's teams around us and mid-table sides - but the same rules apply.

They're all good sides in the Premier League. We know how hard it is to get here and we know how hard the challenge is to be in it. We want to be in it, we're striving for that and working very hard.

"Whoever we come across, we'll be ready for. We look to deliver performances in order to win. We keep it quite simple - the next challenge comes and we want to give a good performance and to win."

Following the clash with the Gunners, Burnley's run-in includes games with Everton, Leicester, West Ham, Hull, Stoke and Aston Villa.
