Hull let duo move on

Hull have sold Stuart Green to Crystal Palace and allowed Mark Lynch to stay at Yeovil.

Hull City have sold Stuart Green to Crystal Palace and allowed Mark Lynch to join Yeovil Town on a free transfer.

Former Hull boss Peter Taylor has stumped up £75,000 to be reunited with Green at Selhurst Park.

Green joined Hull four years ago, initially on loan from Newcastle United, before making the arrangement permanent.

The midfielder made over 120 appearances for The Tigers, but will now continue his career at fellow Championship side Palace.

Meanwhile, Tigers chief Phil Parkinson has allowed ex-Manchester United defender Lynch to stay at Yeovil permanently.

Lynch joined the League One side on loan earlier this month and has made two appearances for Russell Slade's men.

He has impressed sufficiently to warrant a contract at Huish Park and has been granted a free transfer by Hull.
