Mikele Leigertwood is eager to find out the identity of Crystal Palace's new manager in order to learn if he has a future at Selhurst Park.
The versatile midfielder's present contract is due to expire this summer and with Iain Dowie leaving his post as manager, contract talks are on hold.
Leigertwood is aware that the new manager will look to stamp his own mark on the club and could find himself out in the cold.
"Talks have re-started, but I don't know how the manager leaving affects things, " the 24-year-old told the South London Press. "We'll have to wait and see what happens.
"A new manager will come in with his own ideas, so it will be interesting to see who it is."
