Guinea international believes he will sign permanently for Hull

Kamil Zayatte believes his loan deal at Hull City will be turned into a permanent transfer in January. The Guinea international has impressed at the KC Stadium after joining from Swiss outfit Young Boys on 1st September. He has made 15 starts and one substitute appearance for the Tigers in the top flight this term, scoring once. Tigers chairman Paul Duffen has previously confirmed that the club have a deal in place and are keen to exercise that option, with the price between £2million and £3m.

Meteoric rise

Zayatte himself says he is eager to join the club on a permanent basis, which will seal a meteoric rise for the 23-year-old. He told L'Equipe: "Two years ago, I played in Division Four and with Lens' reserve team. And four months ago I was in Switzerland, now I am playing beside the best players in the world. "I needed a warrior state of mind to reach that, even if sometimes I believe it was too fast. "Last summer, Everton were keen to sign me for four million Euros, but only if they could pay in several instalments, every 10 matches, but Berne refused. "The Hull City officials will propose me to sign for four years, with Lens getting 30 per cent of the transfer fee."
