YOUNGSTERS SHIPPED OUT ON LOAN

STOKE CITY have allowed central defender Lee Collins to join Moor Green on-loan while Walsall left-back David Hunt has also joined the non-league side.

Hunt, 18, has joined on a temporary basis after failing to break into The Saddlers first team and boss Ray Graydon was keen for him to gain some valuable first team experience.

He is the second Walsall player to join Moor Green after Ian Gaunt joined them on-loan last week.

Collins has struggled to establish himself with The Potters after signing on a free transfer from Aston Villa. He has impressed when called upon for Stoke and many compare the 23-year-old to a young Steve Bould.

The Birmingham-based side are currently fifth in the Doctor Martens Premier League, but any hopes of promotion are slim with leaders Margate 22 points clear of Moor Green.
