West Ham have confirmed the signing of Matt Jarvis from Wolves for a club record fee.
The 26-year-old winger has completed the move for a transfer fee believed to be in the region of £10.75million and will be available for Saturday's trip to Swansea.
The England international has signed a five-year contract at Upton Park and becomes the Hammers' all-time most expensive acquisition, eclipsing the £9m paid for Savio Nsereko in 2009.
Jarvis was part of the Wolves side that was relegated from the Premier League last season but enjoyed an impressive individual campaign, scoring eight goals.
He has featured in Wolves' first two Championship games of the season - playing the full 90 minutes against Barnsley on Tuesday - and will be in contention for a start on Saturday.
Tradition
He told West Ham's official website: "I'm delighted to have signed. It's a fantastic club and I'm pleased to be here.
"It's a great club and it's got great tradition and history. I know about Bobby Moore and the tradition and history that go with that.
"I'll be playing with some fantastic players and it'll be great to get into training and I'm looking forward to playing with them.
"Hopefully I'll add a bit of pace, crossing and deliveries that will provide some assists."
Jarvis will wear the No.7 shirt for the Hammers.
