Derby have accepted a bid from Leicester for midfielder Matt Oakley.
The Foxes are believed to have tabled a bid of £500,000 for the Rams skipper.
Leicester boss Ian Holloway is keen to bring the former Southampton man to the Walkers Stadium as he looks to bolster his squad.
Derby are willing to let Oakley leave after bringing in Robbie Savage and Hossam Ghaly to strenghten their midfield options earlier this week.
Oakley has been given permission to talk to Leicester and the Championship outfit will be hoping to quickly tie up a deal for the experienced midfielder.
