Leeds teenager Lewie Coyle has signed a new one-year deal with the club.

The 19-year-old, who progressed through Leeds' academy, signed his first professional deal last summer and has now put pen to paper on a new contract.

Full-back Coyle, who spent time on loan at Harrogate Town last season, has yet to make his senior debut but has been involved with the first team since the squad resumed for pre-season training last week.

Eight academy products - Alex Purver, Kalvin Phillips, Lewis Walters, Tyler Denton, Luke Parkin, Jake Skelton, Eric Grimes and Coyle - have signed new deals with the club this summer.
