Chesterfield have signed Scunthorpe midfielder Ian Morris on a one-month loan deal.
The 22-year-old former Republic of Ireland Under 21 international has found first-team opportunities hard to come by at Glanford Park this season, making just two starts.
Morris, who has made 91 appearances for the Iron since joining from Leeds, enjoyed a similar loan spell with Carlisle last season.
Although he has struggled with injuries this term he is now fully fit and could figure at the weekend as Chesterfield play Leicester in the FA Cup.
