Leeds look to keep hold of midfielder

Leeds have turned down a bid from Doncaster for midfielder Neil Kilkenny. Rovers have held a long-term interest in the Australia international and tried to sign him during the January transfer window. Sean O'Driscoll is keen to lure Kilkenny to the Keepmoat Stadium and made a new enquiry for the player which was rejected by Leeds chief Simon Grayson. A statement on Doncaster's official website confirmed: "This week Sean made it known he had spoken to Leeds United manager Simon Grayson about the availability of Neil Kilkenny, but had been turned down and told that he was not for sale."
