Double blow for Reds

Earnshaw and Turner to miss end of season run-in

Relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest must do without Robert Earnshaw and Iain Turner for the remainder of the season. Wales international Earnshaw picked up a knee injury during the Reds' dramatic 3-2 win over Bristol City on Saturday. That knock is now set to rule the 16-goal striker out of the club's remaining three games of the 2008/09 campaign. On-loan Everton keeper Turner will also sit out the run-in after sustaining a broken toe. Forest slipped back into the Championship relegation zone after drawing 0-0 with Sheffield United on Monday, but only goal difference is keeping them inside the bottom three. Billy Davies' men face Coventry, Blackpool and Southampton in their final fixtures as they look to preserve their second tier status.
