Hit-man ready to quit Italy permanently

Sheffield United's on-loan striker Arturo Lupoli has revealed that he would love to stay in England once his loan from Fiorentina has finished and wants to play in the Premier League as soon as possible. The former Arsenal striker scored on his debut for the Blades and has now told skysports.com he feels he has a point to prove in England, having failed to establish himself at the Gunners. "I got nine games for Arsenal in all competitions and then I made the choice to return to Italy because it was a good opportunity for me to return home, but I really like English football and there are always things to prove as I still have to achieve a lot of things in my career," Lupoli told skysports.com. "That is why I chose to come to Sheffield United, who are a very big club fighting for promotion, so it is a good opportunity for me to show my qualities. "It depends mostly on what Fiorentina want to do, but my main aim remains the same in that I want to play at the top level, be it Serie A or the Premier League. "Any of those two would be good and if there was a good chance to stay in England I would love to stay here because I am enjoying my football." The Blades currently occupy a play-off berth in the Championship and despite losing the Steel City derby a few weeks ago, Lupoli is confident the Blades can maintain their push for promotion till the end of the season. "I think we have a great chance, even though we lost in the derby, we were unbeaten in twelve games before that, so if we can hold our heads high and go on a similar run that would be great. "There are fourteen games to go and we have a good squad here with a very high quality strike force."
