Ipswich goalkeeper Richard Wright insists everyone at the club is behind under-fire manager Jim Magilton.
Magilton's future at Portman Road has been the subject of speculation in recent weeks with some fans calling for the head of the former Northern Ireland international.
Magilton has laughed off talk over his position and Wright believes their comeback against Coventry at the weekend proves everyone is pulling in the same direction.
The Tractor Boys twice hit back from going a goal behind to secure a well-deserved point at the Ricoh Arena on Satuday.
"I don't see that there's any rift in the camp, none whatsoever. This performance proved that," said Wright.
"There's been no negativity in the dressing room. There's a great camaraderie and togetherness within the club.
"We are all trying to go in the right direction, that's towards the Premier League."
