Rams defender impresses Grayson

Blackpool have extended Derby County full-back Mo Camara's loan spell by a further month. Camara originally joined Blackpool in early August and has started all four of the club's Championship games so far this season. He is not part of Paul Jewell's plans at Derby and is understood to be keen on a permanent deal at Bloomfield Road. Seasiders boss Simon Grayson is happy to have kept hold of Camara, particularly with Stephen Crainey currently injured. "Some people thought it was a risk when I signed him, but why was it?" said Grayson in the Derby Evening Telegraph. "He has worked hard on the training ground to maintain his fitness and he's one of the fittest 33-year-olds you could hope to meet. "He has done ever so well for us so far and I'm looking forward to continuing to working with him."
