West Brom defender Neil Clement has agreed to join Hull on loan for the rest of the season.

Defender to join on loan next Monday

West Bromwich Albion defender Neil Clement has agreed to join Hull City on loan for the rest of the season. Clement has not played for the Baggies since August due to a knee injury and is being allowed out on loan by manager Tony Mowbray. He was due to play for Hull's reserve team on Wednesday against Darlington, only for the game to be postponed. Hull will officially complete the deal for Clement on Monday after Phil Brown's side have played West Brom in the Championship at the weekend. Meanwhile, Brown has also handed former Manchester United and Nottingham Forest defender John Curtis a trial at the KC Stadium. Curtis was released by Queens Park Rangers back in December, having only moved to Loftus Road last summer.
