Midfielder suffers dislocated shoulder

Colchester United midfielder Mark Yeates is likely to be out for up to three weeks with a dislocated shoulder. Yeates suffered the injury 10 minutes into the second half of Saturday's 2-2 draw at home to Sheffield United. He has had his shoulder put back in place and will now require a few weeks on the sidelines as he recovers from the injury. "Mark knew straight away that it had popped out and came over to see if we could get it back in," physio Tony Flynn told the club's official website. "It wasn't possible to do it here at the ground so we sent him off to hospital with the youth-team physio. "While we were trying to put it back, the adrenaline was probably stopping Mark feeling too much pain, but he said it was agony at the hospital. "We will need to do as much strengthening work on the area around the shoulder as soon as Mark is able to and with it being put back in place quite quickly, we should have him back in two or three weeks."
