West Ham Sam Allardyce feels Manchester City are a little frail in defence

Sam Allardyce is hoping West Ham will find a way of ending Manchester City's unbeaten start to the Premier League season, and believes that the reigning champions are not as solid in defence as they used to be.

West Ham face all of last season's top five in their next 10 league fixtures and, while Allardyce is expecting a tough test, he has been buoyed by the performance in the 3-1 defeat to Arsenal last month. "We were very close to getting a result against Arsenal," he said. "It was only because we missed some crucial chances before Arsenal scored the second and the third late on in the game that we didn't get a result."
