Nigel Reo-Coker is convinced the victory over Blackburn Rovers on Sunday will kick-start their season.West Ham United lifted the gloom at Upton Park on Sunday, as the 2-1 win over Rovers snapped an eight-game losing streak and Roe-Coker feels it can act as a spur for the rest of the season.
"We have got the goal drought behind us now, we have got the losing streak behind us now and we are going to really drive on. This is going to kick-start our season," said Reo-Coker.
"As a team, we knew we needed to win. The players were hurt about comments made in the press about us not performing up to standard.
"We worked hard for the win and we can take a lot of positives from it and go into the Arsenal game feeling a lot more confident now."
