Terriers move out of administration

HUDDERSFIELD TOWN look set to exit administration within the next few days.

The deal is subject to the players signing the pre-arranged agreement between the club and the PFA.

New owner Ken Davy will now be able to give the go ahead to manager Peter Jackson to confirm his summer transfer dealings.

"We have received the news and we are obviously delighted," a club spokesman confirmed.

"The deal is subject to the players signing a pre-arranged agreement that was in place with the PFA but we expect that to happen in the next couple of days without a hitch."

Jackson has offered terms to several players including Efe Sodje and Steve Yates as he looks to steer the Yorkshire side back to Division Two at the first attempt.
