Hoops boss says no deal in place for South Korean winger

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has admitted his interest in bringing South Korea international Kim Bo-Kyung to Parkhead this summer. The 22-year-old winger revealed on Tuesday both the Hoops and Championship side Cardiff were possible destinations as he looks to depart Cerezo Osaka for a European move. Lennon revealed after Celtic's 0-0 pre-season friendly draw against Augsburg on Tuesday evening he had seen Kim in action but that no deal was in place. "He's a player we've been linked with, but there's nothing more on that just now," he told the Daily Express. "I don't know him personally but I've seen him play. He's a creative type but there is nothing more in it just now. "There will be a lot of players we're linked with but we've narrowed it down to a few." Kim has scored twice in 13 international appearances for South Korea, with both goals coming in last month's World Cup qualifier against Lebanon.
