The 26-year-old recently ended a loan spell with League Two side Oxford United before agreeing on settlement to the final six months of his contract.
Despite being linked with Conference South side Newport County, Campbell is still keen on a move to another league club.
"I have confidence in my own ability and that I still have a lot left to offer a Football League club," Campbell said.
Finland Under-21 international Koskela leaves Ninian Park after more than a year with Dave Jones's side, having joined on a free transfer from Finnish club KooTeePee.
It is believed the 22-year-old has signed a deal for an unnamed Greek club.
Meanwhile, reports in South Wales are suggesting that Championship rivals Norwich City may be lining up a bid for Cardiff striker Cameron Jerome.
With The Canaries selling Dean Ashton for £7.25 million to West Ham United this week, it is believed that Carrow Road boss Nigel Worthington is eyeing Jerome as a potential replacement.
The young hit-man has already been the subject of bids from Sheffield United and has been valued at £3.5 million by Cardiff owner Sam Hammam.
One player that The Bluebirds are thought to be keeping a close eye on is Aberdeen defender Kevin McNaughton.
The 23-year-old is out of contract at the season's end at Pittodrie and has been linked with the likes of Premiership side Fulham and Championship clubs Watford and Ipswich Town.
