Blackpool have snapped up Pavels Steinbors and Stuart Green, and are waiting to confirm the loan signing of Paul Dickov.
Goalkeeper Steinbors has moved to Bloomfield Road on loan for the rest of the season from Latvian club FK Jurmala.
He impressed Blackpool boss Simon Grayson on trial before Christmas and has joined with a view to a permanent deal.
Green has arrived at the Championship strugglers after having his contract cancelled by Crystal Palace on Thursday.
The midfielder has signed an 18-month contract with Blackpool, with the option of a further year.
Grayson has also lined up a deal for Manchester City's veteran striker Dickov to join on loan until the summer.
Blackpool are awaiting Football League and Football Association confirmation that the deal has gone through.
