Ince expects midfielder to be back by December

Blackburn are set to be handed a boost with the return to action of David Dunn sooner than expected. Dunn is making good progress from the Achilles problem he picked up in the second game of the campaign against Hull. The injury-hit midfielder was forced to go under the knife and it was expected he would be on the sidelines for up to four months. However, the former Birmingham man is making a speedy recovery and could be back in action by December "Dunny will be back January, hopefully December at a push. Fingers crossed, we are getting there," Blackburn boss Paul Ince told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph. "Dunny is a different class player and when he played earlier in the season he was fantastic. "Not to have him for half the campaign can be destroying but he is different to what we have got in midfield. He has the ability to beat people. He has been missed."
