Blackburn winger Morten Gamst Pedersen is hoping to return to action against Bayer Leverkusen this week.
The Norwegian has missed the last three games after picking up a hip injury on international duty.
Pedersen returning to training on Monday and he has set his sights on returning to the side for Thursday's Uefa Cup clash with Bayer.
"I will finally train again today (Monday),"Pedersen told VG.
"The blow on the hip against Croatia has kept me out until now.
"I will take it easy and build myself up, but the goal is to be ready for the match on Thursday."
