Harry Redknapp has challenged his Spurs side to win their remaining three games after they beat Blackburn to retake fourth in the Premier League table.
Goals in either half from Rafael van der Vaart and Kyle Walker handed Spurs a much-needed three points at White Hart Lane.
Spurs are now ahead of Newcastle on goal difference in the race for fourth, with in-form Chelsea a point behind in sixth.
Redknapp told
Sky Sports 1HD: ""We've got to win our games - it's going to be close, it's going to be tight. I mean, we've got two really hard away games I think this week.
"Bolton are in good form and they're fighting for their lives and then we go to Villa who still need a result, probably, so they're tough games.
"Then Fulham at home, that's a very difficult game so we've just got to see how we go.
"We've just got to keep trying to win the games and if we win all the games, no-one can finish above us, really. That's the top and bottom of it.
Much better
"We've got a much better goal average than Newcastle. But we've got to win the games. Chelsea are looking very dangerous, they're in fantastic form, but we'll see how we go."
Blackburn did not have an attempt on or off goal as Spurs dominated and Redknapp thought his side should have buried the game by half-time.
He said: "I thought, first-half, we were fantastic. We only came in one up, but in all honesty if it had been three or four, it should have been game over. But I felt the way we moved the ball around was great.
"To be honest, apart from the Norwich game here where we played badly and Norwich played well - and take nothing away from them, they did great that day - all the other (recent) games we've been playing ever so well.
"You know, sometimes you just don't get the breaks and you're sitting here first half, we're hitting the bar, hitting the post, you think maybe it's one of those days again, where it's just not going to go in for us.
"But eventually we got the goal and I thought we played ever so well today."
