Tottenham winger Andros Townsend would welcome a return on loan to Millwall.

Winger believes he owes Jackett after the faith shown last season

Millwall could consider another move for Andros Townsend after the Tottenham winger admitted that he would welcome the chance to return to The Den. The 20-year-old spent the final three months of last season on loan with the Championship club, making 11 appearances and scoring twice. Spurs are expected to allow Townsend to go back out on loan this campaign in order to increase his experience. Big-spending Leicester are also thought to be interested, but the player fancies linking up with Millwall boss Kenny Jackett again. Townsend told the South London Press: "If Tottenham decided to send me back to Millwall I would be delighted. "I owe Kenny Jackett a lot because he signed me last season when nobody else wanted me. He put a lot of faith in me and did a lot of good for my career."
