Dindane and Gohouri in Portsmouth talks

Portsmouth have agreed terms with Ivorian star Aruna Dindane and could also be about to sign his fellow countryman Steve Gohouri, skysports.com understands. Striker Dindane, 28, has been a target for Pompey boss Paul Hart all summer. Now Pompey have agreed a deal with his club Lens, and the transfer should be finalised shortly. Dindane is understood to have been offered a two-year deal with an option for a further year. Central defender Gohouri has long been linked with a move to England, and he could now be set to earn a deal. He arrived on the South Coast on Sunday and will train with Pompey this week, and will hope to impress Hart enough to earn a deal. Gohouri is currently a free agent after leaving German side Borussia Monchengladbach at the end of last season.
