Luton have bolstered their squad with the signings of Tom Craddock and Wayne Andrews.
Middlesbrough forward Craddock arrives on a one-month loan deal while Andrews has joined on a short-term deal until January.
Craddock made his Boro debut in 2006 at the age of 19 but has not been able to establish himself in Gareth Southgate's plans.
He has a terrific record with the reserves and has spent time on loan with Wrexham and Hartlepool.
Now 22, Craddock has been sent to Kenilworth Road to gain further experience and he will go straight into the squad for Luton's clash with Accrington on Saturday.
Andrews, who could also feature against Accrington, was a free agent following his release from Coventry over the summer.
The much-travelled striker has also had spells with Oldham, Colchester and Crystal Palace.
Mick Harford will hope the pair can help Luton overcome their points deduction and avoid relegation from League Two.
Determined
The Hatters were docked an unprecedented 30 points in July by the Football Association after being found guilty of misconduct for paying agents via a third party and for failing to satisfy the League's insolvency rules.
Luton remain bottom of the table after collecting three wins and three draws from their opening 10 games but Harford remains in confident mood.
He told
skysports.com: "We have had a few bad results lately but that is only making me and the players more determined to fight.
"I can see in the players that they want to get out of this and they want the club to survive.
"It isn't going to be easy and I know that we are going to run it close but I believe that we can stay up and start to rebuild the club.
Target
"We have only played 10 games so far this season, there is a long, long way to go and a lot more matches to be played. There is no reason why we can't turn things around."
Without their points deduction the Hatters would be sitting in 13th place which Harford admits is not far from the target he set himself and his players at the start of the campaign.
He added: "We haven't had the best of starts to the season but personally I believe that we are heading in the right direction.
"We are only just below the target I set us before the season got underway and I am confident that we can build on the work put in so far."
