Reading boss Nigel Adkins is determined to turn around his side's poor run of form in the Sky Bet Championship.
The Royals, who were challenging for a play-off spot last season, are currently down in 15th after back-to-back defeats against Charlton and Cardiff.
Even more galling for Adkins is the fact they are without a win in their last seven away matches following Saturday's 2-1 reverse in Wales.
"We've conceded too many goals away from home and I won't hide away from that fact," he said.
"It's no good me saying how hard the lads are working, because it's about results and I won't shy away from that.
"We should have won the Charlton game, but I won't go on about 'should this' and 'should that' - I have to keep moving forward and I will."
