Goalkeeper to jostle with Jakupovic to be Bruce's first choice

Hull City have confirmed Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Amos has officially completed his season-long loan move to the KC Stadium. Amos had agreed to join the Tigers earlier this month and linked up with Steve Bruce's squad for a pre-season training camp in Portugal. The 22-year-old subsequently took part in United's early pre-season action, but has now headed to Hull ahead of the new Championship campaign. He will vie with fellow new recruit Eldin Jakupovic to be Bruce's first choice for the opening game of the season against Rotherham United in the Capital Cup on Saturday 11th August. The shot-stopper has made seven first-team appearances for the Red Devils and was rewarded with a new three-year contract at the end of last season.
