Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has indicated he will make some changes for Saturday's FA Cup quarter-final tie against Tottenham Hotspur.
This will be the first of three games in the next week for Coyle's side, who travel to face Aston Villa on Tuesday before hosting Blackburn next weekend in an important match at the bottom of the Premier League.
With these games in mind, the Bolton manager is prepared to make a few alterations to his starting XI, although he has said not to expect any major surprises.
Coyle told the club's
official website: "You have to make sure that you get the balance right, and so it's fair to say there will be one or two players coming in.
"I've got to stress that it will be one or two and not wholesale changes like teams have done before.
Top-class players
"We have a number of top-class players champing at the bit and ready to start games. They have been sitting on the bench and have wanted to play their part."
The 45-year-old is happy with the depth of his squad and could hand a start to defender Marcos Alonso, who has been sidelined for three months with a foot injury.
He continued: "Any changes will take nothing away from our team because these players are of high calibre and have played in our team already for large parts this season.
"We'll pick the strongest team that we can to go to Tottenham and win a game. We are playing one of the best teams in the country and we have to be ready for that challenge."
