The towering Serbian has impressed in La Liga this season and is a target for several clubs at the end of the campaign.
Premiership duo Bolton Wanderers and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested, while Juventus remain keen on Zigic.
Reports in Spain now suggest Racing have set a value of ‚é¼12million (£8.2million) for the forward before they will consider a summer sale.
No offers have yet been received, but a club spokesman has confirmed Racing would be prepared to listen to offers at the right price.
"Formally, we have not received any propositions, but we know the player is wanted by several clubs," said the spokesman.
"If any interesting offer comes in, we will study the subject."
