Midfielder on track for FA Cup semi-final on 14th April

Marouane Fellaini admits he feared his FA Cup dream was over after being felled by a clumsy challenge from Keith Andrews on Saturday. The Belgian fell to the ground clutching his ankle after being tackled from behind and then reacted angrily by refusing to accept the West Brom player's hand. And having collected eight yellow cards already this season, Everton fans let out a sigh of relief when Fellaini calmed down to avoid a confrontation and possibly another booking from referee Peter Walton to take him one away from a ban.

Painful

The 24-year-old was able to run the knock off within a few minutes and says he is still on track to face bitter rivals Liverpool in the FA Cup semi-final showdown on 14th April. He said: "I was angry because he tackled me from behind and it went down to my Achilles and for five minutes it was really painful. "At first I was thinking about the semi-final and also because I have had some big injuries in the last two years. That worried me. "But it is not a problem and there is no problem with him. I will be OK."
