Barca midfielder in no rush to leave

Santiago Ezquerro has admitted he would only be interested in leaving Barcelona if he received an offer from a top club. The Spanish midfielder has been told he can move on in the January transfer window and he has previously expressed a desire to play in England or Scotland. Middlesbrough, Bolton, Celtic and Hearts have all been linked, while Blackburn were rumoured to be close to signing Ezquerro last season. Ezquerro has had offers from a number of clubs but has yet to receive one to his liking. He concedes that it would be difficult to find a better club than Barca, and is in no rush to leave. "I have three or four offers, but I don't find any of them attractive," he told the Daily Express. "I am 31 and I don't want an average club. If I were to leave, it would be hard to find a club as stimulating as Barca."
