The 27-year-old Frenchman spent three days on trial with The Toffees but could not convince David Moyes to snap up his services.
"The Everton chiefs made it clear to me that it was financially impossible for them to arrange the transfer," declared Jurietti.
Jurietti has a contract at the Stade Louis II until 2005 and has also attracted the attentions of Paris Saint Germain in his homeland.
