Arsenal striker acknowledges Italian giants but is focused on Euros

Robin van Persie admits Juventus are a great team but has reiterated his intention not to discuss his future until after Euro 2012. The Arsenal striker is yet to reach an agreement with the Gunners to extend his contract, which is up at the end of next season. That has put many of Europe's top clubs on alert, with the Turin giants among them. Juventus won the Serie A title last season, going through the entire league campaign unbeaten, and are in the market to strengthen their side as they return to UEFA Champions League action. But the Dutchman is refusing to shed any light on whether he will sign a new deal with Arsenal or walk away from Emirates Stadium this summer. Instead he wants to focus fully on Holland's Euro 2012 campaign which begins against Denmark on Saturday. The 28-year-old was quoted in Tuttosport as saying: "My future? I have agreed with Arsenal not to discuss it. "I can only talk of my intention to play in the Euros and win it and then continue to win in the Champions League. "Juventus? They are a great team, for sure." Van Persie found the net twice in Holland's 6-0 thrashing of Northern Ireland on Saturday.
