Last season's Carling Cup runners-up Arsenal will welcome in-form Manchester City to the Emirates as they look to go one better than last year.
Liverpool, who have been drawn away in all of their previous ties in this season's competition, are again on their travels as they take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
