Napoli are determined to retain the services of Ezequiel Lavezzi with Chelsea reported to be considering a bid for the striker.
The Argentina international is believed to be on the radar of the Stamford Bridge club, who are looking to bolster their forward options.
Napoli are also keen to ward off interest from Serie A rivals Inter Milan, who have been linked with a swoop for Slovakian midfielder Marek Hamsik.
Club president Aurelio De Laurentiis claimed that even big-money bids would be ignored for his key men.
"We are not interested in money," he said.
"We are following a project and we don't want to start over. I would only sell one of my top players if I see that he has become a hot potato.
"If that was the case, I would not hesitate but otherwise, I keep hold of all of my players."
Hamsik is Napoli's top scorer this season with seven goals, while Lavezzi has struck four times to help the Partenopei to fifth in the table.
