PSV hope to come to an agreement with Chelsea to take the 19-year-old on loan if the Stamford Bridge club sign the starlet.
The Dutch champions already have fellow Brazilian Alex (pictured) on a temporary basis from Chelsea.
During his time at the Philips Stadion, Alex has become one of the top defenders in Europe.
Chelsea could be keen for a similar outcome with Lucas and therefore may be open to the possibility of a loan deal.
