The veteran Dutchman, is posied to leave Stamford Bridge after being dropped in favour of Carlo Cudicini in December and he has failed to feature in the first team since as Blues boss Claudio Ranieri keeps faith with Cudicini.
The 34-year-old has slipped even further down the pecking order after the arrival of Mark Bosnich from Manchester United in January and the Australian is seen as number two keeper at the club at present.
De Goey, who has been first choice for Chelsea since joining them in July 1997 from Feynoord for £2.25 million, is unhappy with the situation and would like a move for regular first team football.
Feynoord are weighing up a move for de Goey, who is out of contract in the summer, as a possible replacement for current number one Jerzy Dudek, who has been linked with a big-money move away from the De Kuip stadium at the end of the season with both Arsenal and Barcelona interested in the Pole.
De Goey spent seven successful years with Feyenoord before moving to Chelsea and he would welcome a return to his native Holland.
