If expensive gambles are your thing then you may well be tempted to add Carlos Tevez to your
Sky Sports Fantasy Football team following his sensational return to action.
After six weeks on the beach, golf course and pretty much anywhere but the Etihad Stadium, Tevez strolled off the bench to set up Manchester City's winner against Chelsea on Wednesday night.
At £10m, the Argentinian striker is the joint most expensive player in the game after only being outscored by Dimitar Berbatov last season, having picked up 169 points - one less than the Bulgarian.
Tevez will have to rack up points at a significant rate to come even close to that tally this season, having notched up just two before his return against the Blues.
Stoke are City's hosts this weekend with Roberto Mancini's men boasting back-to-back 3-0 wins over the Potters, so those looking looking for a safer option could do worse than Sergio Aguero.
The 23-year-old took his tally to 17 goals and 178 points this season with his penalty against Chelsea, leaving him as the game's third highest scorer.
In contrast, David Silva's points have dried up somewhat in recent weeks, with only a single assist worth noting from his last six games amid concerns over a niggling ankle problem.
Leaky City
Mancini's backline has also been far from watertight, conceding in all of their last four games in all competitions, which has seen Vincent Kompany lose his place as the game's top defender to Swansea's Ashley Williams.
The Wales central-defender has helped the Swans keep three successive clean sheets in the Premier League and costs a mere £4.2m.
Manchester United's backline has also tightened up as we move towards the business end of the season with back-to-back clean sheets.
Jonny Evans is the value pick from United's defence at £5.6m and has picked up 19 points from his last two games.
Moving up the pitch, on-loan Swan Giylfi Sigurdsson continues to look a bargain at £4.3m, with a brace at Fulham last weekend seeing him move on to 63 points from just nine games.

If the Icelandic midfielder had been scoring at that rate and played in all 29 of his side's games this season then we would be looking at a total of 203 points, 57 more than the current highest scoring midfielder, Gareth Bale.
Antonio Valencia has also been picking up points freely of late with 44 from his last five games, having racked up one goal, five assists and two man-of-the-match awards in that spell.
Steven Gerrard may also tempt after bagging a hat-trick against Everton, with lowly Wigan visiting Anfield on Saturday.
In-form strikers are slightly harder to come across with the usual bankers Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney failing to net last week, while Demba Ba and Emmanuel Adebayor have struggled for goals of late.
Adebayor is an injury doubt for Spurs' trip to Chelsea so for those with him on board might look to Yakubu as an alternative, with the Nigerian striker taking his goal tally to 14 this season with Rovers' second against Sunderland on Tuesday night.
His team-mate Junior Hoilett also catches the eye with 29 points from his last two games, earning back-to-back man-of-the-match awards with three goals.
