Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins has admitted that striker Wilfried Bony could leave the Liberty Stadium if the 'right offer' is made.

The Ivory Coast international impressed with 16 Premier League goals for the Swans in his first season in the top flight following his £12million arrival from Vitesse Arnhem.

Manager Garry Monk had previously stated that they did not want to sell Bony, but now Jenkins has opened the door for a possible summer departure.

A move to Liverpool has been mooted in the past, with the Anfield outfit recently pulling out of their proposed move to sign Loic Remy, while Tottenham has been mentioned as another possible destination.

"Wilfried Bony is a fantastic professional," Jenkins told TalkSport. "If a top Champions League club comes in, and puts the right offer on the table, then of course we will speak to him.

"There are no issues with Bony. He's a great guy to have around the club.

"As much as we want players to stay with us for a number of years, we have to be open."
