Nedum Onuoha insists he has no regrets about his move to Queens Park Rangers.
The defender joined Rangers in January from top-of-the-table Manchester City but after five games he is yet to taste victory with the Hoops.
But, despite the struggles, Onuoha insists that he is happy to be playing football again after spending much of the season watching from the substitutes' bench or the stands at City.
"I don't regret coming here at all," he said.
"Yes, City were top of the league but I wasn't really a part of it.
"I was only training with the side every so often and though pleased to see them doing well, I didn't feel like it was my team. So I knew I had to get away and start my season as soon as I could.
"And this club has got under my skin already. I'm enjoying it. I never thought I'd ever move to London - because of the North-South divide thing - but I'm really enjoying it.
"I hope City win the league but it wasn't that difficult a decision to leave because I wasn't really part of it.
"I will not get a medal if they win it as I didn't play enough and to be honest I don't think I'd want one anyway.
"I'd get much more satisfaction from helping to keep QPR up. And I'd be really happy if QPR were safe before the final game because that's away at City! It would be great for me if we were safe and they were being presented with the title as well."

QPR claimed a 1-1 draw with Everton on Saturday, coming from behind to claim a point.
"That's a big positive because in the past we have played well in patches and ended up with nothing," he insisted.
"That's when it becomes really frustrating as you can't get those moments back. This is a point more towards safety rather than two points lost."
Onuoha admits that QPR are one of five teams who are competing not to be relegated from the top-flight.
"The bottom five is a mini league now and the priority for the five teams down there is to start winning games," he said.
"But whoever gets the most wins now will be champions of the mini league and stay up."
