Goodwillie and Kenneth emerge as Holloway targets

Skysports.com understands that Premier League new boys Blackpool have had bids rejected for Dundee United duo David Goodwillie and Garry Kenneth. Bloomfield Road boss Ian Holloway has been linked with striker Goodwillie and defender Kenneth as he aims to build a squad capable of avoiding relegation. Goodwillie, 21, enjoyed an excellent season in the SPL in 2009/10 and has come into contention for the Scotland national team ahead of the Euro 2012 qualifying campaign. Kenneth also impressed and reports suggested that Birmingham and Wolves were considering bids for the 23-year-old earlier in 2010. Blackpool have made the first approach, but offers in the region of £1million fell well short of United's valuation. Skysports.com also understands that United have rejected an opening offer from Middlesbrough for Craig Conway, with talks having already taken place between the two clubs.
