It's one of the highlights of the summer for a football fan - poring over the new season's kits.

A host of Premier League sides have already unveiled their latest offerings and some big hitters across Europe have now followed suit. From tweaks to old favourites to more radical changes, here's what the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Arjen Robben will be wearing next term.

Let us know what you make of them in the comments section if you're reading on a desktop site, or on Twitter @SkyFootball...

JUVENTUS

Juventus have signed a new six-year partnership with adidas, who have of course stuck with the iconic black-and-white stripes for their 2015/16 home kit. It seems an appropriate match, considering how well adidas' three stripes fit in seamlessly along the sleeves.

The moody photo features Paul Pogba, Kingsley Coman, Claudio Marchisio and Alvaro Morata.

When Juventus were founded in 1897, they wore pink jerseys until the year 1903, when the famous black-and-white stripes made their introduction. Adidas have reintroduced the pink shirt for the upcoming season, and Juve will wear it when they travel away from the Juventus Stadium.

REAL MADRID

Real Madrid have stuck to their iconic plain white kit but, after a disappointing season last year, reminded their players of the need for improvement with the motto 'only perfect counts'.

Rafa Benitez's new side will wear a strip that sees three black stripes along the shoulders replaced with silver grey ones.

Inside the neck, there is the inscription 'hala madrid y nada mas' - which stands for 'Come on Madrid and nothing else' - Madrid's club anthem. The buttoned collar has also been removed - in its place, a round neck alongside a folded sleeve effect to add what Adidas calls "an extra touch of class".

BARCELONA

The 2014/15 champions have gone for quite the change for the next campaign, with the traditional stripes abandoned in favour of horizontal hoops, which makers Nike says are inspired by the stripes on the Blaugrana flags the fans wave on match days.

The inside of the collar features the club's renowned motto 'Mes Que Un Club', meaning 'more than a club'.

There is a greater amount of yellow in this year's home shirt with a yellow and red striped collar introduced, symbolic of the Catalonia flag, and a yellow strip which runs down both sides.

Barca's new away shirt is predominately golden yellow - a hue 'long associated with Catalan unity' - with a crew-neck collar and red stripes down the back.

The shirt also features a blue stripe along each flank and those stripes continue along each side of the shorts - the light blue a nod to away kits worn by legendary FC Barcelona players in the early 1970s.

ATLETICO MADRID

In tribute to the 1995/96 double-winning side, Atletico's kit for the 2015/16 season features five red stripes, just like the design 20 years ago.

The shirt also has a new sponsor in Plus500 and, for the first time in the club's history, the back of the shirt will be completely red.

Like with the home shirt, Atletico's new away design is inspired by the 95/96 side that won La Liga and the Copa del Rey. The dark blue kit has been modernised as Atletico look to challenge the big two.

Inside the back of the neck sits a small tab of the Spanish flag featuring the anniversary dates of ‘1995/96’ and '2015/16'.

BAYERN MUNICH

The Bundesliga champions are leaving their striped look behind and returning to an all-red kit for next season. The Adidas-made shirt also bears the motto 'mia san mia' - which means 'we are who we are' - on the neck.

Pep Guardiola's men will be sporting bold colour blocks while wearing their new away shirt. Modern night-blue, red and grey spice up a predominantly white kit.

PSG

The French outfit have not ventured too far from their traditional layout, although the vertical stripe has changed on the Nike kit, going from red and white to a wider red stripe with white trim on either side.

AS ROMA

The Italians are without a sponsor again for the 2015/16 season, but, according to Nike, the kit reflects 'the club’s growing confidence'. It apparently takes inspiration from the armour worn by Roman soldiers, 'creating a powerful look on the pitch'.

AC MILAN

AC Milan have gone back to tradition, bringing back the classic five black and four red stripes, from which they slightly departed over the past two seasons, while still being a 'forward-thinking club' as they focus on 'innovation and design'.

INTER MILAN

Inter Milan have followed in their local rivals' footsteps by reverting back to broad black-and-blue stripes. The club has plumped for a dose of nostalgia to celebrate the 25th year anniversary of Inter's 1990-91 UEFA Cup win, which marked the club's first piece of silverware since the Sixties.

The new Inter Milan away kit is modelled on similar designs from the sixties and the 1990/91 season. The shirt's chest band reveals a subtle black and blue tonal print depicting the scales of Il Biscione.

Synonymous with Milan since the 13th century, the snake features on the emblems of two of Milan’s ruling families.

WERDER BREMEN

White sleeves is the main new feature to Werder Bremen's kit for the 2015/16 season, while the Bundesliga side have also reverted to a lighter shade of green.

ATHLETIC BILBAO

Athletic Bilbao's new home kit retains the club's unique identity and illustrious history. One of three clubs to have never been relegated from the Spanish top flight, Bilbao are famous for using only Basque players or players trained in the region's academies.

Blibao's famous red stripes have become wider and bolder, with the shirt featuring a black polo neck collar.

ZENIT SAINT PETERSBURG

Last season, Zenit became the first club outside Moscow to claim the league title five times. With that accomplishment, Zenit now get to place a commemorative star above its club crest.

The club are also celebrating their 90th anniversary this year, and the new light blue home jersey features an inner pride badge with the number 90 lining the back of the neck

AS MONACO

Being based in one of the world's most glamorous places, it's no wonder Nike have decided to add a hint of gold to Monaco's new home kit.

Monaco’s traditional red and white diagonal halves still feature heavily, while the shoulders and sleeves are incorporated into a single white panel.
