Rob Hulse insists it is only a matter of time before Millwall's strikers rediscover their scoring touch.

The Lions forwards have produced just three goals since the turn of the year and failed to hit the back of the net for a seventh successive game in Saturday's goalless draw with Ipswich.

That torrid run has seen Kenny Jackett's side slip to within four points of the drop zone, but QPR loanee Hulse says their luck will turn.

"It's just not happening at the moment for the strikers. We have been a little bit unlucky but there are always stages like this in a season. We've just got to keep going and things will turn," he told fan site News at Den.

"I have gone past worrying about scoring. You are asked to do a job for the team. Sometimes it can be difficult playing one up front on your own and you're reliant on service and chances.

"Sooner or later something will drop and then the goals won't stop going in. That goes for everyone, all of the lads. We aren't scoring a lot of goals at the moment but we have to keep believing."
