Celtic goalkeeper not thinking about England career

Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster has insisted that he is not thinking of earning a call-up to the England national team soon. The 24-year-old had an impressive game for the Scottish giants in their goalless draw with Benfica in the Champions League on Wednesday. The game at Celtic Park was attended by England goalkeeping coach Ray Clemence amid suggestions that head coach Roy Hodgson is keen to add Forster to his squad. However, the former Newcastle United youngster is not getting carried away. "I didn't know he [Clemence] was here beforehand but I've just got to do my best for Celtic," said Forster. "It's nice that he came up to watch, the Champions League is a great level but I've just got to do my best. "As long as I keep improving I'll be knocking at the door and if anyone picks me that's great but we'll wait and see."
